ONLINE RETURN POLICY // STELLA DALLAS
This return policy is only applicable to our online store and not for in store purchases.
Ecommerce items at Stella Dallas are eligible for a full money back refund if:
You send an email to shopstelladallas@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can approve the items you'd like to return.
All item(s) are received back to the address provided below within 7 days of your emailed approval.
Items must be un-worn, with tags attached and in the same original condition.
Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your packing slip.
All discounted sale items are Final Sale.
All jewelry, intimate items and accessories are Final Sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your parcel must have a Return Authorization number on the shipping label. (see below)
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.
Once packages are picked up from Stella Dallas by USPS, UPS or other mail carriers, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages (this includes packages that are marked delivered by mail carrier).
How to obtain a Return Authorization number:
YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL at shopstelladallas@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Boxes received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender. Once a number is generated for your return, it must be clearly written on the shipping label. (i.e. RA #100)
Returns may be sent back to us at your expense by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX

Once we have received your approved return, we will refund the card used in the original transaction minus the shipping charges.
